You understand that the ideas, procedures and suggestions provided by DD Healing are not intended as a substitute for consultations with your professional health care provider. You further understand that the information provided by DD Healing is not to be used to diagnose/treat any particular disease on any particular person, including you. You further understand that you are personally responsible for your results and are engaging DD Healing for accountability and coaching purposes.
You declare that DD Healing is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage to you in any matter whatsoever, and irrevocably release DD Healing from any and all claims of loss or injury sustained by you, however arising, present and future, known, and unknown at this time. You hereby forever release, discharge acquit DD Healing from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, agreements, and each of them, if more than one, liabilities, judgments, and proceedings both at law and in equity. If you take legal action or participate in legal proceedings against DD Healing subsequent to this release, you agree that these legal proceedings or complaints will be dismissed at your cost.
